Meet Allie and Jessica.
They’ll be working with the TRUFitness team of professional personal trainers and Anne Gaffney,RD, a certified registered dietitian for a whole school year! Allie and Jessica will each have programs designed specifically for them to reach their fitness and nutritional goals. The best part is that they’ll be keeping an online journal that’s updated weekly so that you can follow along and get the same knowledge and tools for yourself.
