Hello, Allie here. 

Just like every person I would love to change stuff about myself, especially when it comes to my nutrition and weight. When my P.E. teacher told me about a new program that my high school was supporting I figured I would apply. Through this program I hope to gain lifelong habits that are useful when I'm put in an everyday situation. My eating habits need to be changed!

I have very picky eating habits and I don’t know how to change it. I want to be able to eat healthy food that I actually like. I am also very interested in finding an exercise program that I can have fun doing.

For lunch, I buy a pretzel or bagel and drink water, if I drink anything. My one weakness is candy so I buy something like that once a week. My family has expressed concern that if I don’t change my eating, I will suffer later in life. I don’t want that, but I don’t know how to change.

I’m looking forward to learning new information when it comes to health, while at the same time educating teenagers in California. I'm just really excited at starting a new adventure.

My next step is to meet with my personal trainers and nutritionist to put together my own exercise and nutrition program…one that is just right for me!
