INGREDIENTS
One 16-oz. pkg. (12") pre-baked whole wheat pizza crust shell
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced and diced red or green bell pepper
5 to 6 ounces, shredded, lowfat mozzarella
PROCEDURE
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place pizza crust on ungreased large baking sheet. Spread sauce evenly over crust. Top with vegetables mixture, and top everything with the cheese.
Place baking sheet on middle rack in oven and bake about 15 minutes or until toppings are heated through and the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and move to large plate. Cut and serve immediately.
