INGREDIENTS
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Lite Terryaki Sauce
2 cups frozen peas and carrots, cooked
3 cups brown rice, cooked and hot
PROCEDURE
Brown beef with onion and garlic in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain all excess fat from skillet and add terriyaki sauce. Stir until sauce boils and meat is evenly coated with sauce. Mix in vegetables and remove from heat.
Divide rice into large individual serving bowls, spoon meat and vegetable mixture over rice.
Serve immediately.
