Salmon Burgers

INGREDIENTS
1 can salmon (15 1/4 oz. size)

1 egg

1 c. soda cracker crumbs

1 tbs canola oil

whole grain or healthiest roll possible

spread options:
thousand island dressing, tartar sauce, mayonnaise and mustard.


topping options:
sliced onions, sliced pickle, sliced tomato, lettuce

PROCEDURE

Empty can of salmon into bowl and flake, taking out any bones. Mix the salmon and its canned juice with the egg and cracker crumbs and form into burgers. Let stand for ten minutes.

Add canola oil to frying pan and heat pan to medium high. Add burgers to pan and brown each side. Keep a close eye on browning burgers, it doesn’t take long.
